My response to “What is the difference between an OBM and a VA?”

The difference between an Online Business Manager  and a Virtual Assistant is responsibility.

When my role in an online business is as a virtual assistant, my focus is on delivering the project by a specified deadline.

When my role in an online business is as a manager, my focus is on planning the project, implementing the project management, delivering the project by a specified deadline, and monitoring the metrics for the project.

My definition of the difference between an OBM and a VA demonstrates
Poise: true to oneself, not getting rattled, thrown off, or unbalanced regardless of the circumstance or situation. Holding fast to your principles and acting in accordance with them regardless of how bad or good the situation may be.

and
Confidence: is earned only by tenaciously pursuing and attaining those assets that allow you to reach your own level of competency-the potential you have within.
